Dad’s pulled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2lbs or 1kg of boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup of BBQ sauce

  • 1/2 of a medium onion, grated

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

  • 3 tpsp Maple Syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon of liquid smoke

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients inside your slow cooker. Grade the onion over your slow cooker so the juices drop in too.

  • Add your chicken breasts, covering all of the meat in the sauce

  • Cook on low for 7-7.5 hours

  • Serve on a hamburger bun. I prefer M&Ms burger buns
